If you are a fan of bubbles and slightly bitter, the spritz is a very refreshing, light beverage made with Prosecco perfect on a hot day.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces prosecco
  • 1 ounces Aperol
  • 1 ounce club soda
  • Orange slice Garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 2 Champagne glasses

Method
 

  1. Add the prosecco, Aperol and club soda to a wine glass filled with ice and stir.
  2. Garnish with an orange slice.
