Lychee Martini

This cocktail has three of my favorite ingredients-lychee, vodka and St. Germain's. I discovered this martini at a sushi restaurant and fell in love with lychee. Think skinless grape meets pear. Juicy, sweet & delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ice only used in shaker
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce St. Germain
  • 1 ounce juice reserved from jar of lychees
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 lychees from jar

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Martini glass

Method
 

  1. Pour Vodka, St. Germain, lime and lychee juice into a cocktail shaker over ice.
  2. Shake well to get your martini as cold as possible.
  3. Strain into your favorite martini glass.
  4. Finish it off with two fresh lychees and enjoy!
