Keylime Crush

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz whipped cream vodka
  • 1.5 oz key lime juice 1 key lime fresh squeezed
  • 3 oz soda water
Garnish
  • whipped cream
  • lime wheel

Method
 

  1. Slice the lime in half, and use a juicer to squeeze the juice into shaker glass.
  2. Add the vodka and crushed ice to a cocktail shaker. Cover shaker tightly and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into prepared glass.
  4. Top with soda water and stir.
  5. Add whip cream and a lime wedge.
  6. Serve with a straw.
