A Peach Bellini is pure elegance in a glass, blending luscious peach purée with crisp Prosecco for a refreshing and sparkling treat. This cocktail transforms any occasion into a celebration with its fruity sweetness and bubbly charm.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz peach purée fresh or frozen
  • 4 oz Prosecco chilled
  • Ice optional
  • 1 fresh peach slice, raspberry, mint sprig for garnish-optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Peach Purée: If using fresh peaches, blend peeled and pitted peaches until smooth. If using frozen, simply blend until you have a smooth purée.
  2. In a chilled flute glass, pour the peach purée.
  3. Add Prosecco. Slowly top with Prosecco, pouring gently to avoid too much fizz.
  4. (Optional): Garnish with a fresh peach slice, raspberry and mint sprig for a touch of elegance.
  5. Cheers to a sparkling and peachy-perfect treat!
