Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini
I am always in the mood for a PSL! This Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini offers the perfect seasonal and cozy twist, to make you feel excited for Fall. It combines vodka, freshly brewed espresso, coffee liqueur, pumpkin and a splash of cream. Shaken with ice and strained into a chilled martini glass. Garnished with pumpkin spice, the warm, spiced notes and pumpkin flavors make it the ideal autumnal cocktail. Bring on the chilly weather!

Ingredients
Martini Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 oz vodka
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz freshly brewed espresso -cooled to room temperature or cold brew concentrate
- 1 oz pumpkin sauce
Pumpkin Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Garnish & Topping
- 2 tbsp whipped cream
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
Martini Directions
- Add ice, vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and pumpkin sauce to cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously at least 15 seconds until frothy.
- Pour into chilled cocktail glass, shaking the shaker a bit to let out all of the foam.
- Add whipped cream, pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon stick, if you like. Serve immediately.
Pumpkin Sauce
- Combine 1 cup water and1 cup sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and add 14 oz. condensed milk, 1 cup pumpkin, and 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice.
- Whisk until smooth and allow to cool.
- Pour into a mason jar or airtight container and store until ready to use.
Notes
The pumpkin sauce recipe will make much more than is needed for one cocktail.
