Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz lychee liqueur or lychee juice
  • 2 oz sparkling wine or prosecco
  • 1 oz soda water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Lychee fruit fresh or canned, for garnish
  • Lemon or lime wedge optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Glass: Fill a wine glass or a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add the Lychee Liqueur: Pour the lychee liqueur (or lychee juice if using) over the ice.
  3. Pour in the Sparkling Wine: Add the sparkling wine or prosecco.
  4. Top with Soda Water: Finish with a splash of soda water or club soda for some extra fizz.
  5. Garnish: Add a few fresh mint leaves and a lychee fruit (or two) for garnish. If desired, you can also add a wedge of lemon or lime for an extra hint of citrus.

Notes

Tips:
If using canned lychee, you can use some of the syrup to add extra sweetness if desired.
