Ingredients

2-8 oz cans 100% pure pineapple juice
15 ounces canned coconut cream coco real cream of coconut
15 ounces canned coconut milk
8 ounces light rum
4 cups crushed ice

Equipment

1 Blender optional

Method

Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher (if serving on the rocks) or in a blender.
Optional: Mix in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Serve garnished with a pineapple slice.

Notes

This drink is delicious as a frozen or on the rocks cocktail.

It's great with rum, but also the perfect, fun mocktail for a tween or mama-to-be.
