Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz RumChata
  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz fireball or other cinnamon whiskey
  • 1/2 oz cream
  • ice cubes for cocktail shaker
  • Ground cinnamon and sugar for rimming the glass, optional
  • Snickerdoodle cookies for dipping in cocktail
  • Cinnamon stick

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Glass: If desired, rim the glass with a mixture of ground cinnamon and sugar. To do this, lightly wet the rim of the glass with a bit of cream, then dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the RumChata, vanilla vodka, cinnamon whiskey, and cream.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled and smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish (Optional): Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and a few cookie crumbles on top. Add a cinnamon stick for an extra touch of spice.
  6. Serve with a snickerdoodle cookie for dipping!

Notes

Tips:

  • Adjust the amount of cinnamon whiskey or ground cinnamon to your taste preference.
  • For an extra touch of sweetness, you can add a small amount of simple syrup if desired.
